Excellent food, well-seasoned, fresh and tasty. Fast, courteous service. Warm, fun, gulf-themed atmosphere. Cute gift shop too. Miss this one and you'll miss a treat!
Great environment. Menu was diverse and funny. Friendly service. Huge portions and made fresh.
We ate at many, many places during our two week stay in Apalachicola and St. George. The Seafood Grill was the only place that added a HUGE surcharge to our bill and had surly staff that seemed like they didn't want patrons at the restaurant at all. Go somewhere else.
Jalapeno burger was VERY good with no skimping on the peppers. The fries are in my top 3 favorites. Chocolate lovers simply MUST try the Death by Chocolate.
The food was very delicious. It surprised me how pricey it was. Very casual dining. We ate outside where we could have our dog with us. They did provide a water bowl for our dog which was nice.
Always a stop on our vacation, the food is decent, the service is minimal on purpose it seems.
We make sure to drop in every time we vacation in Indian Pass. Those oysters really are out of this world!! Desserts are pretty tasty too!
Food delicious, amazing shrimp. Service was alright, however they were slammed the day we were there. Nice attached gift shop. Clean restroom.
OK this place is amazing. We had our first stop here shortly after Hurricane Michael. It was delicious and we were SO hungry after dealing with hurricane %^#@ for a week. We have started to go back here while we’re in Apalach. We had the fried grouper sandwich (probably the best fish sandwich EVER) and the Captain’s basket (grilled) which was a little of everything. Really good. The salad was fresh and a good way to start. Def worth a stop while you’re in town. Service was excellent. Oh and get the French Silk Pie. It’s outstanding!
I really liked the food. Now the reasons for a 3. Staff is very short with you. Borderline rude. Prices arw ridiculously high. I shrimp basket , 1 BLT and 1 sweat tea $36.My wife and I really like the old town but we won't eat here again.
Great service. Seafood and salad were fresh. Great Ranch dressing. Very limited wine list, but a full bar. Cute and clean.
That's just wrong ! They are charging a 15% surcharge on all menu items. They won't tell you upfront, when you get the bill it's like " WOW " what happened ? Not to mentioned we sent the fried oysters back. Bad business practice.
I'm local. I've lived here over 50 yrs. I ordered 2 Steak & Cheese Subs and 2 Teas today. The bill was $44.89 Are you charging Covid19 SurCharge and grating too. The Steak was nasty, full of Fat, bread was soggy, American Ceese Product wasn't melted. WHO even puts American Cheese on. Philly Cheese Steak?. NASTY I WANT BE BACK...
Best fried shrimp I have ever eaten!!
We loved the food here! Everything was delicious. We had the chicken basket, fish basket, and corn dog basket. Everyone was friendly, it was clean, and the plates were very generous, and the food came out fast and hot. We also had their margaritas with the Tupelo Honey and loved it. I would highly recommend!
The fried oysters were so tender, fried shrimp were very large and not over cooked, potato salad was the best I have ever eaten, ridiculously good !
My husband and I both ordered the coconut shrimp. We received a dozen large, delicious, perfectly cooked coconut. One meal would have served both of us.
The food was good but not really worth the money. They scam you with a Covid fee due to rising prices in meat. This was over a 10% upcharge over the already $15 shrimp po boy. This is such B.S. Also this whole town mandates you wear masks to enter businesses.
Ok. Decent food, but prices too high for what they’re making. Also staff was very short with me and made the environment seem very unwelcoming compared to other restaurants in the area. I will more than likely not be returning.
They are charging 15% Covid fee on your order. They charged me $18. They said its to wipe off your table, yet we had to clean our own table. They don't tell you until they run your card. Staff acted as if you were bothering them. Grouper was a greasy mess.
Thanks to co-owner Jerry Hall for the most delicious, generously portioned vegan black bean burger! We had it served over salad with their artisan olive bread, available for purchase by the loaf, and sneaked in some crispy tater tots just for fun. Our server was accommodating, attentive, and gracious. This place has something for everyone!
Not a typical restaurant as you walk up to order, and when food is ready they call your name, then you can either take out or sit at a table. Had blackened grouper sandwich and was one of the best I ever had. Not over done with seasoning. Seems to always be a wait, but worth it.
Love this place... since my first time here in the 60s, when I lived in Apalach! Current owner's crab cake recipe is awesome! Came over today from Eastpoint just to pick some up and take back home to Tallahassee!
